This privately owned site is unaffiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency. Neither the site nor its advertising or search partners provides services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Purpose of the Site
The site is a reference point for locating official Tillman County, Oklahoma custody, court, and records resources. It does not store an official roster, booking photograph, court file, or warrant record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a document, or speak for the Sheriff, Court Clerk, ODOC, BOP, ICE, or a police department.
Links and search tools may help a visitor identify a public office or third-party research service. The original custodian, not this site, determines what record exists and what it will release under Oklahoma’s Open Records Act, Title 51 §§24A.1–24A.28.

Fair Credit Reporting Act Limits
Neither this site nor its partners is a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. No consumer report, background check, or screening service is offered. You agree not to use site content or a linked result for any FCRA-covered purpose.

Links and Outside Services
Links can lead to sheriff, court, corrections, and other government resources as well as outside search tools. They are provided for convenience, not as an endorsement. We do not control their content, privacy practices, records, pricing, availability, or terms. Review the rules of each outside service before using it.
Service Provided As Is
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that every page or resource is current, complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at a particular time. An outside search result may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and a government office may change contact details or procedures without notice.
Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its owners are not liable for a loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the site, inability to use it, or reliance on any linked resource or result.
Your Responsibility
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and content partners from claims, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, violation of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
Site Materials
The site’s written content, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Tillman County Busted Mugshots or its content partners unless another owner is identified. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish those materials without written permission, except where law permits.

We may revise these terms at any time. A revised version applies when posted. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised terms.
Access to the Site
We may suspend, restrict, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, when permitted by law.
